Carole Lewis brings 20 years of experience in the field of adult training and development to her role of coach and trainer.
Her skills, energy and passion for personal development combined with her extensive knowledge of communications techniques and study of brain based approaches to improving personal effectiveness provide exceptional support for her clients.
Carole specializes in working with middle to senior managers in client driven personalized coaching and training programs. With a focus on corporate communications, she has designed and delivered customized programs for many of Hong Kong’s leading institutions including: The Securities and Futures Commission, The Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Hong Kong Inland Revenue, HSBC and Hang Seng Bank.
Her clients see measurable results including: recognition from managers; more opportunity for promotion; greater personal effectiveness at work; improved staff and client relationships; reduced working hours; an increase in personal confidence and satisfaction.
She is certified as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She is also a senior trainer for The Neuroleadership Group and leads their brain based approach coach training programs throughout Asia.
She has a degree in adult Education and is currently the Executive Vice President of The Hong Kong International Coaching Community.
At Home
I am a British Canadian and love to travel. After many years of travelling the globe for business and pleasure I came to Hong Kong planning to stay for one year. That was over 14 years ago! I am now very settled here and love it more and more each year.
When I’m not coaching I can usually be found hiking one of Hong Kong’s many fantastic hiking trails. My favourites are Lantau Peak and the MacLehouse Trail in the New Territories.
In keeping with my passion for the outdoors I reside on one of Hong Kong’s outlying islands with my husband and our dog where we enjoy hiking and gardening in our community organic garden.

Bachelor of Arts Adult Education
You know that I have put in my University years. Although unlike most students I returned to university at the age of 38. So I understand the challenges of dealing with change after nearly 20 years of working.
